The Jane Community

We are excited to welcome you to our official Community group. 🎉

This is a space to build connections with other health and wellness professionals, learn new Jane tips and tricks, troubleshoot all things clinic-wide, workshop new ideas, and share resources with others within your field.

✨ Join the jane.app Community Forum!

As big as the world of health and wellness is, so is our Community. We can’t wait to connect you with practitioners from every industry as well as billers and a range of other helpful service providers including clinic managers, prospective Janers, and of course the lovely Jane Community Coordinators.

â–¶Posting Guidelines and Community Rules
We Are Kind
We ask that everyone treat their fellow Jane community members with kindness and respect. This also means that we ask that you do not disparage any Jane Partners, including Integration Partners. We want to hear your comments and concerns, but those are better served to be sent to us via email. Jane is committed to maintaining an inclusive and welcoming community so that everyone in the Jane Community feels comfortable speaking up and sharing.
We Are Friendly & Helpful
We ask that everyone in the Jane Community conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner when interacting with other members of the Jane community. There is a real human on the other end of every interaction in this group. This means there's an opportunity to be friendly, helpful, and form a real connection. We are building a community that has each others' backs
We Are Respectful
We ask that everyone be mindful of the learning curve of others and understand that members of the Jane community are all at different stages of their Jane journey. Our community is made up of brand new members and those who've been with Jane since day one. Respect is required at all stages.
We Are Constructive
This group is a place for Jane community members to come together to help and support one another. This is a solution-focused group, which means posts that are only to vent or complain are not in alignment with this rule and will be removed. If we indicate this rule as the reason your post has been deleted please reach out to an Admin to help you re-word your post in a way that gets you the help you need from the community while keeping the group a positive, inclusive space for everyone.
We Are Proactive & Resourceful
We ask that you search for answers first before posting, check the Guides in the group for FAQs, and use the magnifying glass icon (top right) to search for similar topics. Checking the Jane Guide for answers and solutions before posting is also highly recommended.
We Are Authentic (No Spam)
This means no spam, selling, or self-promotion. If you're unsure whether your content is considered 'spammy' or not, feel free to run posts by an Admin first to get input before posting.
We Are Inclusive
We all have different stories and backgrounds, but there is a common thread between us - a deep heart for our patients/clients and shared struggles of being a small healthcare business owner. We ask that all community members look for the similarities before the differences.
We Value Privacy
Privacy and security are always top of mind at Jane. And we carry that over into the community. That means community members shouldn't be sharing any private client information in the group through text or screenshots, and that this information should always be kept securely within Jane.
We Do Our Own Research
Providing a channel for Jane users and allied health professionals to share advice and recommendations is a large part of why our community exists. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you research and evaluate any information you receive from a community member to ensure it complies with the regulatory bodies, rules, or governance your practice must adhere to.
(When in Doubt) Be Jane
When in doubt, ask yourself if your actions align with Jane’s values: Love Jane, Work Hard, Have Fun. If the answer is no, then look for a way to reframe your question or comment in a manner that does.
